BECK Medical IML
The BECK MEDICAL IML is a high-precision manufacturing system that has been specially designed for the production of medical plastic injection molded parts. Instead of complex and error-prone production steps with high logistical costs, the BECK MEDICAL IML enables end-to-end manufacturing that is precise, highly efficient, hygienic, and repeatable in even the smallest of spaces.
Thanks to state-of-the-art medical automation, the BECK MEDICAL IML ensures smooth, automated production. The IML area includes the label magazines, label transport, application of the labels to the insert cores and, for products requiring the highest accuracy, label adjustment. The labels are adjusted using the high-precision label adjustment head from Beck Medical, which compensates for the print-to-cut tolerance resulting from the manufacturing process.
However, Beck Medical not only offers IML solutions, but also our automation concepts for removing medical injection molded parts. This process is particularly sensitive, since parts must be oriented and removed from the mold without damage. In addition, the mold is protected from damage by parts that have not been ejected. Thanks to oriented removal, downstream quality control can be carried out immediately without reorientation. We offer solutions for packaging the parts directly into bags or placing them in transport racks, for example.

BECK Medical Take-out
BECK MEDICAL Take-out is used where it is a question of removing parts from an injection mold and feeding them into the further production process. The systems are flexible and suitable for high and low numbers of cavities. At any speed.
