Following extensive customer feedback, the new training format focuses on hands-on experience with real-world fault simulations, advanced troubleshooting, and in-depth repair practices. Hosted at our Greensboro, North Carolina Service Center, the program is led by Beck Automation’s most experienced field service engineers.
Participants will benefit from:
- A structured mix of classroom sessions and hands-on machine training with fully operational equipment and new dedicated fixtures
- Realistic fault simulations to practice diagnostics without risking production downtime
- Training on advanced HMI functions, machine alignment, Ethercat and wiring troubleshooting, servo and drive belt maintenance, and more
- Proven “tips and tricks” to maximize machine performance
- Comprehensive documentation and troubleshooting guides to take home
The three-day course includes training materials and lunch, ensuring technicians can focus fully on learning. Pricing starts at $5,500 for up to five technicians (with an active BeXpert service contract).
